Record number to contest Singapore Youth International

AUSTRALIA will send its biggest ever team to an international badminton event when 26 juniors take part in the Singapore Youth International next month.
The event will be staged from November 17 to 23, with players competing across the under-15, under-17 and under-19 age groups.
Badminton Australia said it was excited to see such a large amount of young talented players ready to contest the event.
“It is a great sign of the enthusiasm of junior players from across the entire country to improve a develop their game,” it said.
